All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Toto na 100% potvrdiť nevieme. Náš dodávateľ náboje neuvádza a ani na officiálnej stránke to Orbea nepíše. No s najväčšou pravdepodobnosťou to tak bude. Bicykel nemáme na sklade že by sme to vedeli pozrieť.

Po dvoch rokoch hodnotím Orbeu H 30 ako fantastický elektrobicykel.

1. Po asfaltke z Liptovskej Lúžnej cez Ružomberok, Liptovský Mikuláš, Liptovský Hrádok, Čierny Váh dolná nádrž, potom Horná nádrž, späť smerom na Partizánsku Ľupču okolo Železného späť do Liptovskej Lúžnej. Dĺžka trasy 174,1 km (podľa mapy CZ 171 km), priemerná rýchlosť 25,2 km, prevýšenie podľa mapy CZ 1706 metrov. Zostatok na baterke jedna palička. Baterka mohla skončiť za sto metrov, alebo viac, neviem, vydržala.
2. Z Liptovskej Lúžnej do Liptovských Revúc a hore na Krížnu. Dĺžka trasy 52 km, Prevýšenie 1086 metrov. Na vrchole Krížnej mi ubudla JEDNA čiarka z baterky. Cestou naspäť mi neubudlo nič.
Tým chcem povedať, že Orbea Rise je bicykel, ktorý pri trocha kondičke Vás odmení neskutočnou výdržou pri 550 W baterke. Dá sa s ním jazdiť aj bez dopomoci, ľahko sa rozbieha, často ide oveľa viac ako 25. Mám 34 zubový prevodník, vzadu 10-51 a dá sa ísť aj 40 za hodinu a vytiahol ma aj na strmé stúpanie Krížnej. Teda univerzál, na ktorom sa dobre šliape. Mám pocit dobrej investície.
